Operations CXO Status Report

Friday 17 March 2006 8.30am EST

During the last week Chandra completed the observing schedule as planned.

A realtime procedure was completed on Mar 16 to update the on-board Ephemeris.

Of note last week was the Chandra Cycle 8 proposal deadline at 6pm EST on March 15. A total of 723 GO proposals were received and the submission process proceeded smoothly.

The schedule of targets for next week is shown below and includes an observation of the object 4U 1636-53 coordinated with RXTE.
