Operations CXO Status Report

Friday 19 November 2004 9.00am EST

During the last week Chandra completed the observing schedule as planned.

Last week the science observing program was resumed at 10:15pm on Nov 12 following a week-long interruption due to high solar activity. A total of 311 ks of science time was lost due to the activity and the affected targets will be rescheduled in later loads.

A real-time procedure was completed on Nov 13 to re-enable SCS 99. The action was required following the recovery from Normal Sun Mode on Nov 12.

The schedule of targets is shown below and includes two observations of PKS2155-304 coordinated with XMM Newton.
